Who We Are

Hello! My name is Shelly Villa, I have lived in Paso and Atascadero almost my entire life.  As an adult I was constantly searching for a healthy activity to keep my interest; I tried hiking, running, the gym. . . .  my list goes on.
One afternoon I noticed a sign for a new business that captured my attention. Once I found out this was a pole dance studio, I signed up to give it a try. It only took me one class to get hooked! It was that fun! Unfortunately, after several years the studio closed their doors.  By this time I was in love with pole dancing, and committed to this healthy activity that I had finally found! I knew that we had a community of women that felt the same as me. . . . So. . . as they say. . . when one door closes another door opens, and that is what I did!  I opened my own pole fitness studio in June of 2016.  I  am a certified instructor through Pole Fitness Studio, Vertical Art Athletics, and Liquid Motion.
