An intro class is a great way to try a Flip Tease pole class without the commitment of a 6-week series. We will start out with a full-body warm-up and stretch on our yoga mats before moving to the poles. On the poles we will give you a basic introduction that includes some strength building exercises and a couple of fun spins to try. By the end of the class, you will be looking forward to starting our Beginner Level 6-Week Series! This is a one-hour class and costs $25.
This is an entry level class, no experience necessary. Learn the basics while gaining strength, confidence and a connection with your own body. This is a 1-hour class consisting of a warm-up on our yoga mats, pole strength & conditioning with foundational spins, and some dancing. By the end of this 6- week session you will have learned a dance that incorporates the moves and transitions taught so far. Please contact us to see when the next series begins! Cost is $120.
This is the follow-up to our Beginner 1 Series. In Level 2 we are continuing with foundational pole moves as we still gain strength, confidence and connection. Similar to Beginner 1, this is a 1-hour class consisting of a warm-up, pole strength & conditioning with new additions and variations of your foundational spins, and a new dance. In Level 3 we get our feet off the ground, start to explore combinations and continue to build off of our foundational spins and moves. We begin to create our own movement experience, possibly even trying a little freestyle pole dancing! This class is ideal for a student coming back to pole after a long break. This is a six-week series.

In Level 4 we delve into inversions. Continuing with the yoga mat workout and conditioning moves, this level takes your feet, not only off the ground but above your head! As always, class will end with dancing- by now our students really start to develop their individual styles. This is a six-week session.

This class is geared to those that have gone through the beginner and intermediate series and are looking for more challenge. We teach new conditioning exercises on and off the pole so that our students can safely progress to moves that require more strength and stamina. Inversions are a regular part of this class and students should feel comfortable inverting from the floor. This is a six-week session. $120.
In this class we work on putting pole moves and floor work together. Classes include both static & spin pole. Solid inversions are suggested. This is a six-week session. $120.
This class is a full body work out incorporating the poles. It is great for cardio and strength building. Variations and modifications are always available for students of different levels. Students must have completed an Intro to Pole Class or have some pole experience. Check Timely for the next scheduled Date & Time. $25.
Continue to build your strength, confidence, and pole foundations while learning new combos and variations, fine tune your favorite moves, and develop your own pole style and flair. Open to all levels, but especially recommended for beginner and intermediate students looking for a supplementary class. One hour class. In this first of three spin pole levels, we focus on a majority of our static moves we know and love, shifted onto the spin pole, as well as learn new moves! This class is shoe friendly and recommended, but not required.
It’s require that you have completed levels 1 and 2 of static pole. Check Timely for the next scheduled Date & Time. $120 six-week session.
In this level of spin pole, we take our moves learned in level one and put them into combos along with new moves introduced in this level. Cultivate your own spin pole style with these combos and in our freestyle time!
Shoes are recommended but not required. Completion of spin pole level 1 is required to take this class. Check Timely for the next scheduled Date & Time. $120 six-week session.
Continuing with our spin pole education, we move into higher level spin pole moves and tricks. We will progress with our combos to further find our individual spin pole style and flare.
As always, shoes are recommended but never required.

An hour of workouts focused all on the booty! We’ll start with a warmup, followed by handstand preps and practice focused for each student, regardless of skill level. The bulk of the hour will be spent on interval conditioning and workouts targeting the booty.
No poles in use, open to all levels. Check Timely for the next scheduled Date & Time. $25.
This class is all about you! We start with a warmup, then move on to teaching you some nice floor or wall work. No poles in this class. This class is for everyone! Knee pads are highly encouraged! Shoes, leggings and whatever else you want to wear!
You will start to feel more comfortable in your body and your bodies movement. Check Timely for the next scheduled Date & Time. $25.
Non-pole class. All levels welcome. 1.5 hour long class where you will work on choreography and a little conditioning. Shoes and kneepads are highly recommended. Check Timely for the next scheduled Date & Time. $25.
Let's put on our pole shoes and strut!
This session is a great introduction to dancing in pole shoes-- you will learn how to prep and care for your pole dancing shoes, how to walk in your shoes, and we will introduce students to glides, clacks, and other shoe techniques. Low-flow floor movements will also be incorporated into the curriculum.
*This class require shoes! We strongly suggest socks and/or leg warmers and a shirt that covers your shoulders, as well.
This workshop is designed to get you familiar with the studio chairs so you can begin to add some extra flair to your dances. Class will begin with a combination of warm-up and conditioning moves using a chair in creative ways, then the class moves into individual chair moves using metal folding chairs, "Humphrey" our overstuffed studio chair, and some use of the poles. 1.5 hours, $25.
The Invert Workshop is designed for students who are working towards inverting with confidence. It will be filled with strengthening exercises as well as tips and tricks to get inverted with more ease and security. 1.5 hours, $25.
Never miss a chance to dance! This class includes a short group warm-up and then goes right into dancing for the rest of the allotted time! We ALL dance together. Everyone attending needs to have at least one song request for the night. Bring your shoes if you want. Check Timely for the next scheduled Date & Time. $25.

Open Studio time for current students to come in and work on whatever they have been practicing in their weekly classes.
