An intro class is a great way to try a Flip Tease pole class without the commitment of a 6-week series. We will start out with a full-body warm-up and stretch on our yoga mats before moving to the poles. On the poles we will give you a basic introduction that includes some strength building exercises and a couple of fun spins to try. By the end of the class, you will be looking forward to starting our Beginner Level 6-Week Series! This is a one-hour class and costs $10. Sign Up HERE.
