FLIP TEASE IS AN ACCEPTING COMMUNITY WHERE WE ENCOURAGE, SUPPORT, & FIND STRENGTH WHILE CELEBRATING OUR FEMININE SPIRIT. 


Flip Tease is more than a fitness studio, we are a community. A sisterhood that comes together to encourage and support each other in self expression. We offer a variety of classes that allow you to explore new fun ways to build strength, flexibility, stamina and overall confidence. We recognize, not all women are athletes, and that's why you don't have to be. Our classes are structured in a way that help you build foundational strength.  The women who attend our studio are of a diverse range of ages, body types and backgrounds. 

How Is Pole "FITNESS"?

Pole movement practices date back to Indian & Chinese Acrobatics more than 2,000 years ago. The modern version became known in strip clubs and has become a sensational acrobatic experience at many Cirque du Soleil performances! Just in the past 15 years Pole has become a world-wide fitness phenomenon. In 2009 it was declared a sport by Sporting Law and in 2020 Pole has been designated a Professional Sport by the Global association of International Sports Federation.
